How to return
If the product you have received is faulty or has developed a fault you can return it to us within one year. To proceed with refund or replacement, we will need you to send us the faulty item back – unfortunately we cannot despatch replacement or issue refund before the product is returned. Please note, however, that refunds can only be issued within three months of purchase. Replacement item doesn't extend the warranty period. It is still one year from the date when you received the original item.
To initiate the refund/replacement process, please send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with all the necessary information. We require returned goods to be sent via a trackable courier service, e.g. Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded.
If the product is found to be in good working order we will only offer refund for goods sent to us within 2 weeks of initial delivery and in original condition, otherwise we reserve the right to either refund product cost (excluding delivery cost) or post the item back to you. To avoid disappointment, please make sure that the product is faulty before contacting us.
If the product you ordered is incompatible we will be glad to either provide a replacement or issue refund, as long as you let us know within fourteen days and send it back in its original packaging and condition. Replacement items can only be sent, or refund can only be given after the returned product is back with us.
Unwanted products in good working order can be returned for refund for any reason within 14 days. Cost of delivery both ways has to be non-refundable.
